I'm Snehal Dongre, and I bring 13+ years of experience in the design industry. My journey started with a strong passion for creativity and problem-solving, which eventually led me to specialise in research, design and user experience. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work on diverse projects, ranging various industries. As I progressed in my career, I found myself drawn to the management side of design, where I could not only contribute creatively but also lead and inspire design teams to deliver impactful and innovative solutions. I'm excited about the prospect of bringing my skills and experiences to the new role at brand new environment, where I believe my background in UI-UX aligns well with the challenges and opportunities that the position presents.

I am specialised in quantitative and qualitative data converts into something simple and easy for people to understand. Making everyday ordinary experience little more delightful and accelerating workflow for organisation and businesses. I advocate users as well as for businesses through accuracy, efficiency and transparency. A balance maximise a mutual success.

My out of the box design thinking and crazy ability to re-design everything makes me stand out from crowd. I am happy go & work-mode-always-on kind of team player. I love working closely with technology, our society and people. As a designer, I’m open to learn and adapt to new ways of work, new skills and new industries as long as I’m solving meaningful problems that help people with solutions that are simple and memorable. I care a lot about culture, and I always seek out to make authentic relationships with the people I work with.
